I am an authorised civil celebrant committed to providing you with a professional and personal service for your wedding or other ceremony. I will meet with you to discuss all the legal requirements for your intended marriage, and will assist you in planning your ceremony to ensure it is exactly what you want. You are most welcome to include your own vows or promises - in fact I will encourage it. Nobody knows you better than you.

I can offer you a wonderful range of ceremonies only limited by your imagination. Your relationship is unique, so too your ceremony. I can conduct a ceremony that will reflect your heritage. I can assure you of a unique ceremony that reflects your personalities.

You can hold your ceremony inside or out. You can have 6 people or 600 in a casual or formal atmosphere, whether the ceremony is large or small, simple of grand, traditional or contemporary. The choice is yours.

Personalised Ceremonies available:

Handfasting – a symbolic ceremony where cords or ribbons are tied loosely around the couple’s hands, symbolising each vow they make.
Wine Ceremonies – involves toasting each other or sharing a glass of wine.
Rose Ceremony – the bride and groom exchange roses symbolizing their first gifts to each other as a married couple.
Candle Ceremony – involves lighting of candles for the couple or in remembrance of absent or deceased relatives. There are several ceremonies involving the lighting of candles. Preferably to be conducted indoors.
Blending of families – formally accepting children from a former relationship.
Breaking of the Glass - the glass symbolizes the love and relationship of the couple and is fragile, so it must be cared for and not broken.
Releasing doves or butterflies – according to legend making a wish and giving the butterfly its freedom, the wish will be taken to the heavens and be granted. The releasing of doves signifies a new beginning.
Blessing of the Hands – a special blessing is given over joined hands.
Blending of Sands – the bride and groom each has a container of sand and they pour their sand into one container to show the joining of two lives.
